What is the Grange?

The origins of the Grange were based in agriculture; today the Grange focuses on serving local communities and also keeps true to its roots by promoting local agriculture and agricultural education.

Local Granges donate to and support the projects of the State Grange. The Massachusetts State Grange partners with organizations such as 4-H, FFA, Massachusetts Agriculture in the Classroom, and the UMass Agriculture Learning Center.

About us

Every year Ware Grange holds community events such as our Fair, gardening workshops, and a pumpkin carving event.

Grange Meeting

Monday, July 20 at 7pm

Ware Grange meets on the third Monday of most months. Our program for the night will be a tour of chestnut farm and an ice cream stop. See the contact page for information on the location of the hall.

Grange Meeting

Monday, August 17 at 7pm

Ware Grange meets on the third Monday of most months. We will be having a short business meeting and then setting up for our Ware Grange Ware. See the contact page for information on the location of the hall.

Unfortunately, we are not able to hold our Grange Fair in 2020. We want to thank all the local businesses and members of the community who have supported our Fair and other Grange events over the years, and we look forward to when we can continue our workshops and events for all of you. Keep your gardens growing and work on your craft projects and we hope to see you at our Fair in 2021. Stay safe and we’ll see you soon!
